ASUS Mobo packaging

I received a P5B deluxe from newegg today. Upon inspection, I was surprised to see that

1. There was no foam used in the packaging - only cardboard and the ESD bag.

2. The ESD bag protecting the mobo, did not have any type of sticker or seal.

Is such packaging is standard ASUS practice?

Thanks for confirming the stock cooler is marginal.

I'm leaning towards the XP-90, but not with the Nexus fan listed in the OP. The P5B has 3-pin headers for the case fans and 4-pin headers for the CPU fan. Thus, am searching for a quiet 4-wire PWM CPU fan (92mm).

Except for the CPU heat sink, I'm ready to order components for a quiet general purpose system. Will not need to OC.
