I wouldn't recommend the slipstream for top horizontal mount. I noticed that it tends to produce rather significant vibration in such orientation.
Thus I opted for a Pabst on the top and a Sycthe slipstream on the rear exhaust.

I can attest that the SlipStream 1200 rpm model I bought has a very pronounced vibration when mounted horizontally (just what I expected from a sleeve bearing fan) even at 5v, while my Pabst syntec sleeve bearing fan even at 12v mounted horizontally doesn't approach the level of vibration the Slipst...
