Yeah this guy is really cool

... well worth a read, homemade silent cooling solutions and damn he must do a lot of metalwork and a good idea for the VGA cooling too... get a Zalman flower and make it flat

and u have to love his CPU sandwich if u have a Al case that setup would ROCK for cooling passively I only wish I could dream up cool ideas like this and implement them
