Congrats! Look like you played a black'n'white dress code!

And what about its quietness? Are you satisfied about both idle and load levels?

My girlfriend said that I had to buy a white case so it wouldn't look ugly in the room...? so then i just continued with painting stuff white.
At first it was loud, I didn't care about that untill I was sitting up at night browsing and watching movies, and it got more and more annoying.
So i started changing out fans, but still loud.
Then I found out that it was my xfx psu that made most noise, so I switched to one with zero rpm mode (doesn't even start the fan under gaming).
Then i could hear the stock cpu fan, so it had to go.
The gpu fan is alot quieter than I was expecting, I can't really hear it( fans at 36% at idle but still very silent at load)
Case fans are going at 600rpm and I can barely hear them.
I did a (bad) test with a dB app on the phone and before it was 40dB close to the case, now it's 31.
At load it's not much louder.
I havent done any clocking yet and only tested under game load, but I am very satisfied with the sound level.

cool, now for the questions:

1) how noisy is it
2) do you think you could put a bigger cpu/gpu in there without raising the noise a lot
3) how much did it cost
4) how long did it take and what tools are needed

I love it! I'd play around a bit and remove the 3 side fans and see how just the top exhaust fan does or drill a few holes in the side plexi then remove the 3 side fans. Hey, either way you are off to a great start!

The 3 side fans doesn't really make any noise, they spin at under 600 rpm with low noise adapters and i can't hear them.
Only fans i hear is the gpu fans, that doesn't go under 34% speed rpm.

I'm not sure if that's the camera flash doing an illusion, but is that CPU cooler white?

Very nice job. The paint doesn't affect the cooling performance so far?
