CoolerMaster ATC-610 PSU

I just recently purchased a CoolerMaster ATC-610 case for a HTPC that I am building. I'll be running a mini-ATX board (Abit kg-20) and an Athlon XP 2000+. Can anyone recommend a power supply that is quiet and under $70.

Look at the recommended supplies on the main site. Unfortunately I think the quietest (the Nexus) is $75 from Silicon Acoustics (there's a link to SA on the main page), but the extra $15 might be worth it for quiet plus quality.
