Well, the RPM lead comes off of the stock Atec PSU fan, if you want to maintain the RPM monitoring you'll need to get the Panaflo that supports RPM monitoring. For the M it's part# FBA08A12M1BX .

will35: re the panaflo fan: FBA08A12M1BX do you know if it is the same noise as the standard M series non rpm monitoring fan?

Also, has anyone tried an L1a in their sonata PSU ?

So it is possible to replace the PSU fan with any standard 80mm fan?

That would be cool... anyone knows if the noiseblocker fans are that good? I don't want to order Panaflo from the USA to Switzerland hehe :)

ok... Ciz, the L1a, how did you do the mod? I hven't opened up the PSU yet.. but did you use a standard 3 pin tail to a pCB mount, or was there soldering involved.. etc etc etc
