Antec Lanboy, good or bad?

Enclosures and acoustic damping to help quiet them.

Well, it dents easily. Heh. The PSU seems fairly quiet to me. You can open the case fan hole in the rear to 92mm easily with a tin snip. The side panel is a tight fit with no rattles. I like mine.

Aluminium has almost NO effect on cooling!! (when used in cases that is).

The single most important thing for cooling is having a good airflow !!

Correct. An Aluminum case will not give you better temps. The only real benefit is it looks cooler, and it weighs a hell of a lot less than steel. But, they tend to be flimsy and dent easily.
