I'm planning on getting a DBoX case, but I've seen in review that the circuit board and the fans it control run of a single molex.

The circuit board checks the sensors & fans when turning on the system... I was planning to use papst fans but when I disconnect the original fans, will the system still boot? since it won't find the fans.

Or perhaps the included fans are so quiet that I don't need to replace them with papst fans? What are the specifications for the included fans?
