According to this Nanoxia DS1 cools better and is quieter than Define R4.

Perhaps Define R4 is designed to have another 140mm on the side panel, after all Nanoxia DS1 has 3 fans.

Sorry, but those Anandtech figures are hardly credible: according to Anandtech the Nanoxia have the same noise level at every fan speeds, which does not seems physically possible, and it should have a cooling prowess among the best available, but without having any huge vent (so common on any high performance competitor), which also doesn't seem physically possible (I think it don't act as a refrigerator). Summarizing, it looks too good to be true.

Set aside what would seem as flying donkeys, the DS1 is a good performer and it's quiet.

With the wide open top I think that most potential users could at least strike the Ghost from the list, making it easier to pick between the other two.

I would pick the Define R4, for its design, that it uses 140mm fans (Antec True Quiet 140s are superb for this) and i like its price, going in sale for $80 on newegg usually makes it a very good deal. Nanoxia seems fine also, but to me Nanoxia seems like Fractals wanna be designs, again just my personal opinion.

Also Fractals were born like Antecs (Performance) wanna be designs, so there's no problem to me.
