Fractal Design Define R5 owners: does it silence 4 HDDs?

Are them grommets sufficient to silence 4 mechanical HDDs?
The only case i've found with some suspended HDD bays is the Antec Solo II; and it's kinda weird a silent case like the R5 claims it can silence as much as 8 mechanical HDDs.
So, can it?
