Impressive suspending of components

I stumble on a build that im not really attracted, never really liked building desks as my main pc, but i can see why some do. Whats really impressive on this build is the way he suspends/decouples components, from water pumps, to radiators, fans and specially hdds, lots of thought, planing and superb execution came from this guy to build a out of ordinary silent pc.

The guy is DYI master, i wished i has half of his equipment and skills with them.
