Need advice on new DVD Drive (IDE)

Hello all,

Have built an HTPC and decided to pop in a DVD drive as well (was simply using it to stream music and such from the home server and surf the web).

What's a good, cheap, IDE DVD drive that I should consider? It need not burn DVDs, or even CDs. It will simply be used for watching DVDs.

I should probably mention that I'm looking for something as quiet as possible.

From what I have read my first and second choices would be Asus and Samsung drives.
