Hi,
I'm looking for a case with the smallest form factor as possible, taking into consideration those points:

- I need a 5,25" bay in front to use this rack, because I want to be able to choose which drive to boot on without having to go through the bios (and this one permits to power down one or the other drive)
- I need to have a PCI slot for my ATI HD4650. But this one is used only to extract a specifics frequency/resolutions to the monitor and will not be use for performance so I don't need a crazy good cooling system for it.
- a good cooling for the processor, an Intel Core i3-4130. This one will be use under heavy load.
- of course as quiet as possible (without going crazy)

I don't need any other hard drive than the two ones in the front bay.

I made my researches and I found some models but I'm really not sure which one to choose:
Cooler Master Elite 130
Lian Li Q07
Lian Li Q11
Lian Li Q27
an HTPC case ?
I have a budget of around 100€.

Here are the components I already have (but I'm not against the idea of selling some if they don't fit with the case):
PSU: Seasonic S12 II 450w
Proc: Intel Core i3-4130
Mb: ASUS H81I-PLUS
Rack 5.25": ICY DOCK MB971SP-B
HD 2.5": WD BLACK 500G 7200
HD 3.5": Seagate Barracuda 7200 500 Go
Ram: 4Go Corsair

Can you help me ? :)

Thanks in advance.
P.S.: sorry for my english, I'm french.
