Should i buy this second-hand gaming PC or self-build?

Alright guys, wanted to start this thread as I'm currently in a bit of a conundrum. I was all for building my own gaming rig with a healthy budget of about $2,600 dollars. I'm pretty busy at the moment though with work so I'm concerned if I build my own, it's going to take too long. I'm an avid gamer so ideally I want something that I can just hook-up now and start gaming. I do though enjoy building my own rigs and haven't done it for a while so was excited to see all the new tech available that I could splash out on and put together myself. I've seen a PC on a second-hand site that's apparently worth nearly $3,500 with all its components brand new. I can get it for $2,700 ONO so am seriously considering it. I'm a bit dusty on all the new tech but after looking up the individual components, it does seem like i'd be getting a really good deal. Maybe there's a better way of going about it to save on some of the parts or maybe some of the equipment isn't recommended. Like I say, it's been a while so I need a few pointers.

It has a housing case that's rated as silent, including built-in sound proofing. The processor is over-clocked, with Genuine copies of Windows 10 Pro and MS Office 2013 installed. There's no accessories like a mouse or keyboard included, the price mentioned is for the tower unit only. All individual parts have their warranty receipts which is pretty good. Here's the specs below, see what you think:

Intel Core i7-4930K Ivy Bridge-E 6-Core - $579.99
Noctua NH-D14 SE2011 140mm and 120mm SSO Processor Cooler - $149.89
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3 2133 Ram - $164.99
TP-LINK TL-WDN4800 Dual Band Wireless N900, 2.4 GHz 450 Mbps / 5 GHz 450 Mbps PCI-E Adapter - $37.24

OCZ Vertex 4 2.5" (128GB) SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive - $120.00
Patriot Ignite 2.5" (240GB) SATA III Internal Solid State Drive - $79.99
WD Blue (1TB) Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 7200 RPM SATA 6 Gb/s 64MB Cache - $54.90
Seagate Barracuda Green ST2000DL003 (2TB) 5900 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s
Toshiba DT01ACA300 (3TB) 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s HDD - $145.00

EVGA Superclocked Nvidia Geforce GTX Titan - $500
EVGA Superclocked Nvidia Geforce GTX Titan Signature Edition w/th back-plate - $550

Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 1200W Modular Power Supply - $249.99
ASUS P9X79-E WS LGA 2011 Intel X79 Optical Media: Samsung DVD Burner 24X Motherboard - $470.99
Corsair Obsidian Series 550D Black Aluminum / Steel ATX Mid Tower - $129.99
(Four) Enermax T.B. Silence UCTB12P 120mm PWM Function Case Fans - $55.96

So that's everything and a break-down of what each component retailers for. Any advice would be much appreciated on whether this is a good buy and powerful enough to play the most demanding of games.

Thanks,
