newegg is offering a unique program whereby you can buy a copy of oem windows mce and get a free upgrade to windows vista premium, + shipping charges. My main concern with this is, with this upgrade. that I am going to get an OEM license of vista that is more restrictive than the retail license of vista. If it is indeed a retail box version of vista that they mail to you, this could be a slightly less expensive way to get a retail vista license. anybody done this or have any ideas on it?
