Hello,

That shouldn't be that difficult these days. I did it 5 years ago with a PicoPSU, an SSD, Speedfan to control the fans and a AMD 89W TDP CPU. And today Intel usually do not get to the rated TDP, and with speedstep and some undervolting you should not have any issues. Make sure to find a semi-fanless PSU (one where the fan doesn't start to run until at 50% load or something), a BIG heatsink (like the scythe mugen 4 or hr-02 Macho) tested to be exelent at very low airflow and an SSD at an appropriate size and you should be more or less set with some fancontrol.
