Can you run 3840x2160 as main LCD, and 2560x1600 as 2nd LCD?

and a 1920x1080 as a 3rd LCD on the same PC?
AS some1 said 3840x2160 is MST, and MST doesn't support 2560x1600.
SO say you have a 650 GTX Ti Boost, can you run MST on the display port and 2560x1600 on the DVI port?
Or do you have to do it on a 2nd video card?
