GTX 1660 Super review compilation thread

Post by CA_Steve » Tue Oct 29, 2019 7:11 am

Early look: High end 1080p, Mid-range 1440p card. Replaces GTX 1660. Just a few percent slower than GTX 1070 and 1660 Ti. 125W TDP, but OEM stock overclocked card will draw more. 6GB GDDR6 VRAM. HDMI 2.0b and Display Port 1.4a. Requires one 8-pin PCIe Graphics power connector. Dimensions stated as: a" x b" x c" are from mfgr websites - others are from reviews.

Too much power usage for fanless. 125W stock TDP. Would need to be in the 50-75W range.

Added MSI and Palit @ hardwareLUXX and EVGA @ KitGuru. Nice fan hysteresis profile for the MSI Gaming X.
