They make noise, too.

It looks like they just strapped two fans to a modified Accelero S1.

One might wonder what makes the specs on cooling capacity double over the Twin Turbo Pro with one extra heatpipe. ;)

The original TT is about as old as the S1, they're quite similar except for the height.

I'm also curious how the cooling capacity is, TT, TTP (larger fans) and TT2 (one more heatpipe) aren't that different.

Ok got it installed today. First off its dead quiet at pretty much any fan speed. Install was easy. I set my fan speed to 30% and it seems to idle at 32 which is fantastic. I played BC2 for a bit and load was around 53. Another excellent result. It seems a bit bigger than the twin turbo pro, taller anyway. Very very nice cooler. Although I think the price could be a bit lower, something like $49.99 would be great.

Hi

Can you tell me whether the TT2's fan connector has both 4-pin and 3-pin plugs?

Yes it has both a 3 pin and 4 pin. Also I returned the GTX 560 TI and got a 6950 2GB. I think I like ATI drivers better. Cooler fits and works perfect on it as well...

Cool, thanks for the info.

I decided to buy the Xtreme Plus II in the end as I wasn't sure that the TT2 would be able to quietly cool an unlocked, overclocked 6950 and as my card doesn't report VRM temperatures, I was a bit worried that the card would run hotter with the TT2 than the XPII.
