passive / semi-passive with 3 digital outputs, office use?

Hi

I'm looking for graphics cards with the following specs:

* office use only, ie. no 3D performance required
* at least 3 digital outputs
* passive, semi-passive or at least quiet
* available
* affordable
* plug-and-play, ie. no modding, no special configuration required

A couple of years ago there were such cards completely passive around 100eur. Nowadays I can't seem to find anything even close.

Any current models fit my specs?

Any help greatly appreciated.

The cheapest current gen card would be the RX 460. Not a lot of reviews out there with acoustic info, but here's three that are passive with 2D loads. Closer to 125 euros, though.
