LVDS connector for ASUS H81T

I am new to this forum and would like to say hello. I'm not sure if I've chosen a good place to post my question, so I please move it if it's necessary.

Can someone use LVDS on ASUS H81T and would tell me what type of connector is required? Is it possible to connect an old screen from laptop directly to motherboard? I have a screen with this type of plug:

So is it possible to make it work without using a controller and if so where to get this type of cable?

There are several types of LVDS cables and connectors available.
You can match it the pins on LCD cable.

Let's say I'll find cable that match both plugs. Is this going to work without a controller?
