I'm betting it'll be quieter than the current stock cooler.

Not quiet, mind you, but quieter.

The fan looks like a 70mm, maybe 80. That combined with the copper HS should increase it's efficency. It's big, but most of that size increase appears to be so that it will cover the RAM as well.

Of course the bigger fan won't mean quieter if it's spinning at 8000 RPM's.

Only time will tell I guess.

Well I doubt it'll be spinning at 8000RPMs all the time thanks to the R360 and drivers being able to monitor the core temperature and adjust the fan rpm as needed. lol.
