VGA Silencer and Geforce 4

Hello,

I have an MSI geforce 4 Ti 4200 8X, and I will like to replace the rad which makes noise.

After having sought a little, there remain 2 solutions:
Zalman HP-80C + ventilo
Artic Cooling VGA Silencer

I lean for Artic Cooling, but a priori not of compatibility. Did one among you already install VGA Silencer on Gefroce 4?
If not, which is the problem ?????????
