Help with quieting a water pump

I have the Phobya DC12-260 water pump, just finished my custom water cooling system and realized the loudest component by far is my water pump.
I was thinking about using noise dampening foam and basically wrap the pump up to silence it. I was wondering if this is a good idea, and if so does anyone have suggestions on what type of foam to use?
Also note that the pump itself is creating the noise not the vibration its giving off to the system, its already sitting on a piece of adhesive foam that came with it.
Thanks
