Compatibility of Thermaltake Silent 775 & Intel D915 Mob

The Thermaltake Silent 775 is compatible with the Intel Prescott, but can anyone tell me if it is compatible with the motherboard? There are aparently some components in the vicinity of the CPU that may also need some air flow, and the Silent 775 may not do this as well as the stock cooler.
