Temperature of an I7 quad core and an Akasa Euler?

Post by kaw » Sat Jul 26, 2014 8:10 am

Hello fellow silent PC enthousiasts,

In the near future I will buy an Akasa Euler case to create a fanless PC.
I am well aware that the max advertised supported TDP is 35 watt, so I sought for the best CPU with a TDP of 35 watt and came up with the I7 4785T. But looking around on the internet I found people being concerned that this CPU is too much for the Euler under 100% load. But no definitive answer is given...

Has anyone have the 4785T (or an other quad core in the 47**) range with an Euler case and what are your experiences with temperatures under load?
How is the temperature of other components? What motherboard did you buy?

Already thanks for your replies!
