Is this the right RAM frequency?

I bought HyperX 4GB FURY DDR3 1600MHz CL10 HX316C10FW/4 and this is the current status-

Does this mean it is at 1600 or..?

DDR stands for Double Data Rate. So, DDR 3 1600 clocks at 800MHz.
