I am in the process of RMAing my NeoHE and am almost done. What kind of shipping do they use to ship it to you and typically how long does it take? ( specifically vancouver)

I'll answer my own question if anyone's interested.
My process took 3 weeks from calling to arrival of PSU

If anything like about a year ago when I started off the whole fiasco with the NeoHE, it is whenever they are damned good and ready and not a moment sooner. 3 weeks sounds accurate.

mine was a little quicker than that with my Phantom 500. Probably about 2 weeks. could have been sooner if they had the stock in.
Shame the P180 doors they sent me are more warped than my original doors!

Appreciate the information, actually, since I have an NSK-2400 with a dead PSU.
Anyone know if they'll just allow me to warranty the PSU or do I have to pull everything out of the case and ship the whole darn thing back?

You just have to send the defective PSU, not the whole case with it! That's what it reads on Antecs RMA-page somewhere.

Ask them! They're usualy willing to answer questions from my experience.
I had a Phantom 500w go a bit dodgy on me (intermitant coil whining) and they sent me a new PSU in the post, they said send them the PSU back when I get the new one so I don't have any system down time, which was surprisingly good of them.
