Thumbs up to coolermaster support

To start from the start :-)....

When i was testing fan configurations and negative pressure benefits on my coolermaster cosmos 1000 case I made a mistake :-)....used lighter to determine does it sucks air trough bottom dust filter while bottom fan is off, and exoust fans working.. .... yes, yes.... it really does suck air....and yes i burned down bottom dust filter.... and yes its not the first time i did something like that....and yes my mother told me several times not to play with fire...

becouse dust filter isnt collecting dust if it has giant hole i contacted cooler master support.... and they were very polite and in record time send my a replacement...4 days....4 days....it took more for my fans to come to my local store from their general warehouse situated only 200 km from them...



so this post is THUMBS UP FOR CM SUPPORT TEAM......
