. The list of hard drives there is missing many models, and if you manage to navigate the maze of pages you might get to the Exchange Return Authorization page
I filled in my details, only to be met with a deafening silence. No feedback. No courtesy email. No response. Nothing.
Note that if you visit http://www.samsung.com
using a your Canadian ISP, you will automatically be directed to the Canadian portal.
Instead, go to the US Samsung site using the address http://www.samsung.com/us/
. From there you can get to the global hard drive support site
