I ordered a couple of Nexus SM5000 mice just under three weeks ago from SilentPC.nl, but haven't received anything yet. I'm located in Denmark, so I had expected a delivery time around 2-3 days.

I've emailed them a couple of times but haven't received any replys...hmm

Over the last week, I've tried emailing them again and again, and I still haven't received a single reply regarding the status of my order

Things are beginning to look dubious in my eyes, so I would strongly warn and advise anyone against doing business with silentpc.nl / silentpcshop.nl at this stage!!

Just received both mice today, Phew. Everything worked out and confidence is restored.

I guess that they were just really slow getting the parcel sent. If only they would respond to customer emails regarding order status.

They are safe as long as you do not mind waiting a couple of weeks to receive your order.
