perfect sub notebook/ netbook is there one ?

im looking for a silent netbook or sub notebook which has alot of goodies...

things like decent screen preferably matte
esata
can take 2.5 sata drives

as much cpu power as possible when required but when not on full load can turn either its fan off itself or have the ability to control the fans via software so i can manually shut it off

a good keyboard an touchpad

battery life isnt as much of a concern as it would mostly be plugged in

touchscreen would be nice to play with as i want to play with 7's touch features and play with androidx86

the usual wifi and bluetooth

asking alot i dont think i would get all the features i want but thought id ask anyways
