edit: unfortunately it has the SB400.. no sata II.
has SPDIF out and TV out (via supplied bracket) i think thou, so a nice alternative to the MSI board.. as it has 1x PCI-E slot too

can anyone offer some more informnation on this board? its available now, to buy (it is in stock at time of writing) and a great price.. pretty sure it would have the ULI SB too?
