Netgear Stora - What Fan?

Post by NixNix » Mon May 16, 2011 2:47 am

I see everywhere that people swapped their Stora fan, but my problem is the fact that it needs a small 3 pin connector.

I can't seem to find the same FAN (spec-wise) but obviously quieter, using this small 3 pin connector (however it's called).

I found the pic of a converter cable on another website but I'm still unable to source it, anyone knows where to find this stuff? or knows how it's called? Or the perfect/compatible FAN that I should use?

You help is much appreciated :D

Some graphics card use a smaller version of the standard 3 pin fan connector. Adapters allow a normal size fan to be used with the graphics card fan header. So it may be listed as a Graphics Card Fan Adapter, and should look something like this, from http://www.maplin.co.uk/graphics-card-f ... 0&t=module
