Forum Issues?

Has anyone else been experiencing hiccups in the forum? Earlier today for about 2 hours the main forum page wasn't loading, loading a link for a specific forum did work. And right now I can't Reply in this thread, just gives me a blank page in Opera (firefox it prompts me to download the php file).
