Are my PM's being sent?

When I see a PM it stays in my 'Outbox' and never gets to the 'Sentbox'.

If this works like anything else (hotmail, outlook, etc) the 'Outbox' is where things sit waiting to be sent.

So I do I SEND emails?????

I think the person has to read it before it moves from your Outbox to the Sent box?
