Scythe e-Otonashi VIA EPIA-M10000 Win98 System - GONE

This has been spoken for. Someone is coming by tonight to pick it up.

Yes you too can own a piece of SPCR history. I am giving away they system that Mike reviewed here:

I bought it from Mike in 2004 and used it for 3 years. It has a 2 GB SSD in it right now with Windows 98. There is 1 GB of free space on the drive.

I just booted it up, and the system is quite snappy. I'm always surprised by how fast these old CPU's can handle day-to-day surfing. I retired the system when I started getting VGA output problems from the integrated graphics with a higher res LCD. It seems to work just fine with the low res CRT I have it running on now, but I know there was an issue on my LCD, which is why I stopped using it. But it might make a great low power 0dB headless server for something.

Anyway it's free if you pick it up (I'm in Point Grey, near UBC) and it comes with the CRT if you want it!
