** Nov 1 2012 EDIT: Offering Accelero heatsink by itself.

Originally, I was trying to sell this attached to my trusty old 8800gt. Better wisdom advised that I try to sell the HS by itself, thus the edit.

Accelero S1 Rev 2. It's a classic. Asking $16 shipped to you in the lower 48, assuming UPS/FedEx ground will be around $6. If you have your own shipping account, I'll take $10 for the HS. $10 applies to local sale as well.

You get what's pictured. I do not have the ramsinks any more.

Original post:
Purchased Feb 2008 new from Newegg: MSI NX8800GT 512M OC GeForce 8800 GT 512MB. Asking $40 shipped ground in the lower 48.

I wrote about it here and here. It still works perfectly. I was using it until yesterday, when my GTX 660ti arrived :D

I no longer have the original cooler. It was OK, but I replaced it with the ubiquitous Accelero. As shown in the photos, most of the ram sinks have fallen off or are in the process of falling off. That adhesive is worthless. Luckily, this did not affect performance (though I had a slow 92mm fan blowing across the card toward the rear PCI slot covers).

I do not have the original box, which doesn't matter since it wouldn't fit with the Accelero anyway.

Payment by paypal only.

My suggestion: Sell the Accelero cooler and recycle the 8800GT. It's lived a full life. You can get a passive HD 6570 for $45, similar performance, it uses 30W less power at idle and 50W less at load. Next year, even Intel's iGP will outperform the 8800GT.

A full life indeed. I'm hoping the 660ti gives me as much value as the 8800gt did.
