Best 400-500W PSU

I everyone, I'm having my first build put up together this week, and I'm missing the PSU, but there are so many options available I'm a bit lost so I wanted your advice. What would be my best options for 400-500W between 60-100$ (€ in reality, but it's almost the same now I guess?

I'm building a relatively silent PC so I wouldn't want my PSU to ruin the fun, something with low noise output would be nice.

My build if you're interested (calculations gave a recomended 250-300W but I might want upgrade to a slightly better gpu in the future, hence the 400-500W)

CPU: i5-4690
GPU: GTX 750 ti Strix
Case: Fractal Design R5
SSD: Crucial 250Gb
RAM: 2x4 G.skill ripjam 1600

Spend a bit more money and get the SuperFlower Golden Silent 500W Fanless 80 Plus Platinum as reviewed by JonnyGURU among others. You don't say which country you are in but you are talking €; from this source in Germany for example it costs €122 so it's not that much above your maximum price target.

Thanks for the reply, since it took a while for this topic to be approved I ended up deciding to go for the Seasonic S12G 450W, which has a smart fan system and I don't think my build will even start it.
