What fast 7200rpm HDD would you recommend which is relatively quiet? The drive will be used for video encoding, editting and downloading, so the HDD needs be fast at reading and writing at the same time on the same drive.

At the moment i already have a Seagate ST3000DM001-9YN1, which i really like! It is a recommended drive by SPCR, and has the one of the lowest seek noise of the 7200rpm drives. But I've read some firmware versions have problems. Now i'm not sure if i should buy another one.
Also the drive is relatively old, so there might be other better drives by now.
