Could you suggest 2TB 2.5" or 2-4TB 3.5" silent hard drive?

I'm thinking of buying a quiet regular hard drive for my desktop. The last quiet 3.5 hard drive that I had was Western Digital Green WD20EARS. I don't know how loud current Seagate and Western Digital drives are. I am guessing newer Western Digital Blue drives are better than the old green drives. Seagate has Firecuda drives that carry 5 year warranty. I think their performance is slightly better.
I can buy a 2.5" 2TB hard drive that I can use for both desktop and laptop, something like ST2000LM007. In the meantime, for the same price, I can buy a 3.5" 2-4TB hard drive which would be faster. I'm not sure what the biggest platter size is for 3.5" hard drives in these days. I prefer drives with 1 or 2 platters.
I have been reading complaints about head parking noise. So, I would like a drive which does not have a head parking or head parking can be disabled.
What do you suggest?
Thanks.
