Silver Arrow versus SB-E version?

Post by NetTechie » Tue Jan 14, 2014 1:52 am

Anyone have feedback on the SB-E version, it looks like it has a lot more heat pipes. Does it work better? There is no review of it on SPCR.

Looks like it outdid the Nactua, in a passive test.

Even though it's the extreme version being reviewed, as far as I know it's the fans that change over the SB-E version. So basically it outperforms the Nactua NH-D14 for outright cooling performance.

EDIT: This heatsink blocks the first PCI slot... for the negligible difference in performance a Noctua seems a better investment for future upgades.
