Best value CPU cooler?

Is it Scythe Ninja 4, as a middle ground between Kotetsu and Dark Rock Pro 3?

Value? Depends on whether Scythe has good sourcing in your country. In the US, the Kotetsu sells for $50 (shipped) via large e-tailers. Currently, I only see the Ninja 4 via eBay for ~$74. If you aren't a heavy overclocker with an i5 or i7 or high TDP AMD CPU, I don't see a big benefit for the $24 and size difference.

Has anyone been able to find a low profile DDR4 2400MHz memory that is compatible with Ninja 4?

Are these both considered "low profile"?

HyperX Fury and Corsair LPX series seem pretty low profile

EDIT: I don't think you need "flush with RAM slot tab" low-profile... My guess is Corsair LPX, HyperX Fury or that AMD one you showed are going to be short enough

Also Crucial Ballistix Sport, G.Skill NT, Mushkin Blackline, ...pretty much anything with a headspreader than just overlays the circuit board with a layer of metal and doesn't go for height above it.

-skip useless tall RAM heatspreaders, and just use normal height memory.
- low voltage ram can be a bonus, when shooting for the lowest power draw (heat).

I agree with both of these, but I would like to add that I simply undervolted my RAM to 1.35v, so you may not need modules listed as such.
