 Post subject: Fan Mounted on Side Panel of Case ?

Sorry if this is a naive question, but if you mount a fan on the side panel of a case (e.g. I'm thinking of an Antec NSK 4482) does this mean you can never take the side panel completely off without disconecting the fan wire? What do people usually do, make an extra long fan wire?

Just unplug the fan. You can even use a cable extension to decrease the need to unplug and increase the ease of unplugging if you need to.
