Hi all,

I'm looking for very quiet 140mm fans to mount them on a mo-ra3 radiator. There will be 9 of them so they have to be as silent as possible.
During my search I found a benchmark which is quite interesting: http://www.mega-labs.com/fanroundup_page_12.html

The t.b. silence is 4db less noisy then the antec trueQuiet 140, which was the best sounding fan of the #2nd 140mm fan round-up on this site.

I wonder if anyone has experience with this t.b. silence fan? Is it really that quiet?

Welcome to SPCR. Just want to point out that the site you referenced tested the fans at maximum rpm. Most fans aren't quiet until you drop the rpm below 1000 rpm, and are seldom silent until you get below 700 rpm (or 500 rpm in a really quiet set up). So, the comparison doesn't add any value.

Ok, you're right, at low speed probably most fans are pretty quiet.
I will go for the Antec truequiet 140's. They shouldn't disappoint me.

A little update:
In meantime my truequiet 140's are spinning on my mo-ra3. I honestly never expected them to be that silent! At 500rpm, I just can't hear them at all. Only from 30-40cm distance you can start hearing them.

I would recommend Noctua NF-A14 (FLX, PWM, LNA, depending on the type of fan header). It is virtually silent up to 900 rpm. I also would like to add that the element of 'vibration' or 'turbulence' has been largely overlooked by reviewers perhaps because it is not readily measurable. Noctua fans are unrivalled in this regard.
