Best 92MM Fan?

Looking for a quiet 92MM 3 pin all black fan. No fancy colors just an all black fan that is quiet. Can't seem to find any with these features....

Scythe Kama Flow 2 1200rpm SP0925FDB12L might be a decent choice. Couple of e-tailers have them for $4 to $12 plus shipping.
