My cpu fan goes %100 for 4 seconds when Speedfans begins, then normal. My settings and temps are OK in speedfan, I control my speeds with "advanced fan control" technique.
This is not a big problem, but I wonder is there a fix for this?

I think that any program takes a short while to start up. Even the BIOS has a few seconds of full speed operation.

Same problem.
I also cannot get Speedfan to auto start in win10.
I have it in the Startup folder and set to run as admin and it just doesn't start.

Use Task Scheduler, iirc it will not launch as admin from Startup folder.
