Does anyone have experience with Fatmat liquid sound deadener :?: It looks like an interesting alternative to dynamat.

It just sounds like underlay for cars. Like when you get a new car they want to sell you underlay for $700 bucks. It would be hard to apply I imagine especially on uneven surfaces and in tight corners.

according to this article that spray on damping stuff doesn't work that well

I don't know how much I trust that article since it also downplays the effectiveness of several other techniques that are touted here on spcr (suspending and sandwiching disks, dynamat, etc.)
