I bought Axpertec, Inc. Noctua Low-Profile Quiet CPU Cooler with 120/90mm Dual PWM Fan NH-L12

I only use the big fan on the top not hte middle one. Its way quieter than my last cpu fan i was just wondering what the quietest fan I could strap to my heatsink is. I live in Canada.

Re: New cpu fan for my noctua heat sink
Noctuas are already pretty quiet, but if you want to improve the cooling power you could strap a low-speed 140mm model on there.
Assuming it would fit in your chassis, it should reach more fin area than the 120 in the same quiet RPM range.
This one is their slowest 140mm PWM model: http://noctua.at/en/products/fan/nf-a15-pwm
