Hello guys,
I have 3 Noctua fans : an old NF-P12 3 pin, a new NF-F12 and a new NF-S12A.
I put the NF-F12 on the heatsink, can you tell me what is best for this honeycomb grid : the old NF-P12 (or a new NF-F12) or NF-S12A?
(Or buy a NF-A12x25, but the price is not the same.)
I know the story of static pressure and airflow, but I do not know what is best in this case.
Thank you.
What Noctua in front of a honeycomb grid ?

Any of those will do if you use a duct so that the turbulent air coming off the blades has time to moderate before encountering the grill. I cannibalize loud fans to make 25 mm duct sections.
